Torgeir Vaage, PhD, is Acting Chief Financial Officer at Actithera. He brings more than 20 years of experience spanning finance, investment analysis, and executive leadership across early-stage biotechnology companies. Prior to joining Actithera, Torgeir served as Chief Financial Officer for several Nordic life sciences companies, including Acesion Pharma, Aqilion, and Initiator Pharma, and previously held senior analyst roles at ABG Sundal Collier, Handelsbanken Markets, and Norden Equity. He earned an MSc from the Norwegian School of Economics and a PhD in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
