Dr. Hyelim Cho is Vice President Chief of Staff and Head of Strategy at Actithera, where she leads corporate strategy and operational planning to support the company’s growth and pipeline advancement. She brings broad experience across business development, alliance management, portfolio strategy, and oncology drug development. Prior to joining Actithera, Hyelim held leadership roles at RayzeBio (a Bristol Myers Squibb company), Boehringer Ingelheim, Almirall, and Takeda, where she focused on oncology, immunology, radiopharmaceuticals, and external innovation strategy. She earned her PhD in Immunology and Virology from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and her MBA from University of Massachusetts Amherst.
